How to Submit Your Prescription
Upload it now or send it later — our optician will take care of the rest.
You don’t need your prescription in hand at the exact moment you place your order. We offer several easy options so you can shop when it’s convenient — especially helpful if you want to use HSA/FSA funds before seeing your eye doctor.
1. Choose How You Want to Submit Your Prescription
📸 Option 1 — Upload a Photo
Take a clear picture of your prescription and upload it during checkout. Our system will extract the details automatically, and our optician will verify accuracy.
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, PDF
📄 Option 2 — Upload a File
Already have a digital copy? Upload your PDF or scanned file directly at checkout.
⌨️ Option 3 — Enter Manually
If you prefer, you can type in your SPH, CYL, AXIS, PD, and other prescription values manually.
📧 Option 4 — Email Your Prescription After Ordering
No prescription yet? No problem. You can email it to us after checkout.

We will begin crafting your glasses as soon as the prescription is received and verified.
📁 Option 5 — Use the Prescription We Already Have
If you've submitted a prescription to us before, we can use the one on file as long as it’s still valid.
2. What Needs to Be on Your Prescription
- Patient name
- Doctor’s name or clinic information
- Date of exam (must be valid)
- SPH (distance or reading)
- CYL and AXIS (if applicable)
- PD (Pupillary Distance), if provided
If PD is missing, we can help measure it after checkout if needed.
3. Need Help Reading Your Prescription?
Our licensed optician reviews every prescription before lenses are made. If anything is unclear, we’ll contact you directly for clarification.
You can also send us a photo, and we'll interpret it for you.
