3. Prescription Requirements
By placing an order for prescription eyewear, you confirm that:
- Your prescription is valid, accurate, and not expired
- The information you provide matches your doctor’s prescription
- You authorize us to use, verify, and store your prescription information
- You understand that prescription eyewear is a custom-made medical device
If your prescription is incomplete, unclear, or appears inconsistent, our optician may contact you or your eye care provider before your lenses are made.
4. Products & Availability
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect colors, materials, or finishes.
All products and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities of any product
- Discontinue any product at any time
- Refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other secure payment methods supported by our payment processor.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
6. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. If we suspect inaccurate or fraudulent information, we may refuse or cancel an order.
You are responsible for keeping your account information, including email and shipping address, up to date.
7. Custom Prescription Lenses
All prescription lenses are custom-made to your prescription and lens selections. By placing an order for prescription eyewear, you acknowledge that:
- Lens production begins only after prescription verification
- Once lenses enter production, orders cannot be canceled
- Prescription lenses are generally non-refundable, consistent with industry standards
Your lenses are covered by our Quality Guarantee, which includes prescription accuracy and fit & comfort support.
8. Shipping
Standard shipping is always free within the United States.
Delivery timelines include both:
- Prescription verification and lens production time
- Carrier shipping time
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to prescription issues, lens complexity, lab volume, carrier delays, or events beyond our control. For more details, please see our Shipping & Returns page.
9. Returns & Refunds
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
10. HSA/FSA Purchases
If you use an HSA or FSA card at checkout, you are responsible for confirming that your purchase is eligible under your plan.
Any eligible refunds will typically be issued back to the same HSA/FSA card, in accordance with applicable regulations and payment processor rules.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and code, is owned by or licensed to Concierge Optical and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
