We guide you through:

• Prescription Type (single vision or multifocal)
• Tooling (clear, blue light, photochromic, polarized)
• Material (CR-39, Polycarbonate, Hi-Index 1.67)
• Anti-reflective coatings (standard or premium)

If you’re unsure, our licensed optician will help you choose the best combination for clarity, durability, and comfort.

You don’t have to upload your prescription at the time of ordering. Choose whichever option is easiest for you:

• Upload a Photo – Take a picture of your prescription and our AI will extract and format it automatically.
• Upload a File – PDF, JPEG, PNG — any standard file type works.
• Enter Manually – Type in your prescription if you already know your numbers.
• Email It Later – Perfect if you’re using HSA/FSA funds now and visiting your doctor soon. We’ll send a reminder. (We do need the prescription before we manufacture your lenses.)
• Use the Prescription on File – If you’ve ordered from us before or shared your prescription previously, we can use it.

No matter how you submit it, a licensed optician will review and verify everything before your lenses are made.

• Final Cosmetic & Fit Inspection – We inspect for scratches, defects, and ensure a perfect aesthetic finish.

Nothing ships unless it passes all three checks.

Your eyewear is packaged securely and shipped directly to your home or office. You’ll receive tracking updates every step of the way.
